The Prestige Club of Nigeria, Warri, held her September General Meeting on Sunday, 14th September 2025, at the residence of Prestigian Kingsley Eluma.
The meeting commenced with an opening prayer led by Prestigian Ola Johnson.
In his welcome address, the Club’s President, Prestigian Afi Titus Akpan, appreciated members for their commitment to the club’s vision and prayed for God’s continuous protection over their lives and families.
Highlights of Discussions
1. 2025 End-of-Year Party
- The Welfare Committee’s proposal was reviewed, with adjustments made to the areas of drinks, DJ, and food.
- Members unanimously agreed to go for a wrapper as the party souvenir, instead of the cooler or watch earlier suggested.
- The President urged members to pay their levies promptly. He noted that at the October meeting, the budget would be finalized and funds disbursed for immediate preparation.
- The event is planned to host 70 persons.
Closing & Fellowship
The closing prayer was said by Prestigian Louis Obukowho at 6:00 PM.
As tradition demands, the host, Prestigian Kingsley Eluma, entertained members, and all present participated in the customary plate wash contribution.
The meeting ended on a cordial note, with members looking forward to the next host, Prestigian Tarakeme.
